CIVALLI meeting with Dr Peter Bonfield to emphasise the urgent need for the release of the Bonfield Review. CIVALLI believes there should be cross UK independent research into the legacy of Govt energy efficiency policy ascertaining the extent of CWI failure which we believe is unknown. We believe this is fundamental to restoring consumer confidence.
